Reviews
We were on vacation in Lake Cumberland area and this was the closest store. They cram a lot into a small space as this is a regular Kroger and not Kroger Marketplace. Variety of brands is smaller, but we were able to find what we needed with no problem. Aisles are tight, but passable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were asked a few times if we needed help finding anything. Great service. Thumbs up.
It's great place to get things you need. :)
I didn't think they could possibly get worse that they were before. Low and behold they can. If you don't have 45 minutes to wait in line , drive to Somerset and you will get in and out faster. U/7/23 it's now worse than ever
I ordered flowers in advance for Valentine’s Day. When the day comes today the roses are all almost dead. When I tried to exchange they said, “sorry we’re pretty much out of everything”. Floral department obviously needs a serious overhaul. I’m going the extra mile to go to Kroger in Somerset next year smh.
I used to love this place, but lately they have got some very rude old ladies working there who will snap at you for asking a question. if they don't want to work at Kroger or around people why don't they go find a job where they can lock themselves in their closets? Somerset Kroger is way better than this place, just today I saw meat dated July 23 and its right now July 27, they don't check dates or prices and if you suggest something is out of date they at times snap off "don't buy it then"
Usually pretty busy, but good digital coupons and sales. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Evenings are usually a bit slower and staff are fantastic!
This store is always clean and well stocked. Super friendly staff. Great customer service!
Usually well stocked and clean.
However, more often than not I end up bagging my own groceries and that is usually after a wait in the check out line. So now unless I have a large quantity of items, I just use the self check out.
This is not difficult as I have been a cashier myself.
Can't get your medicine, app doesn't work, phone stays busy, you go in and they are looking at the computer and have the nerve to ask what prescription I need, what is Rx number? If you we're organized you would automatically be filling them and calling customer to remind them they have medicine to pickup. Check on them.
When I walked in, there was a bunch of people wearing a mask. Which makes me happy, people do care about other people! Everything is organized, the shoppers where sweet and funny, they even made me smile. I used my debit card and got confused. But they were very helpful and even helped me find out where things where when I need to, very sweet! I love it! Thank you Kroger!⭐️
